We have been shortlisted for three awards at the prestigious Scottish Home Awards 2020.
As well as the coveted House of the Year award for The Cedar in Portlethen, Fotheringham Homes have also been named as a finalist in the Show Home of the Year category for our new Parklands development at Marykirk, and in the third category of Housing Development of the Year (small, private sale) for our sold out Cairnwell development in Portlethen.
The Scottish Home Awards is an independent programme that recognises excellence in the housebuilding industry across Scotland. Judged by a panel of experts drawn from across the sector, this year’s competition attracted entries from 109 housebuilders, housing associations and support businesses.
Michael Fotheringham, Director of Fotheringham Homes said: “We are delighted to be shortlisted for not one, but three awards at this year’s Scottish Home Awards. In 2018 we were highly commended in the Small Development category and last year won the Best Age-Exclusive category, so I’m excited to see what this year brings.
“As we continue to grow as a business it’s really rewarding to receive recognition for our homes at a national level. We aim to delight our clients with our high-quality products and service so being shortlisted like this is testament to how well we are achieving that.
“I’m especially pleased to be in the running for Show Home of the Year for our newest development Parklands.”
Parklands is Fotheringham Home’s newest development in the quaint village of Marykirk, a short drive from Montrose and the A90. With 26 homes available, the show home interiors have been designed in collaboration with Aberdeenshire based The Inside Story, Interior Design and Styling and Laings of Inverurie.
The Show home is open Friday- Sunday 12-4pm and by appointment out with those times, this can be arranged by contacting Fotheringham Homes at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The award ceremony will be held on Thursday 11th June at the Doubletree Hilton, Glasgow.
